Thrill of the Catch

It isn’t the size of the fish that matters but the thrill it gives when you catch it.  This 8lbs Cod is a prime example and it made my daughter  Sabrina day when she landed this awesome  fish while out fishing with her Boyfriend Niall Holmes and myself. . She had a bumper two days fishing while she was home  for a few days.  We landed a half a box of mackerel which was distant for delivery to Niall’s home town of Dundalk.

Sabrina with her 8lbs Cod, she was fishing the bottom when the Cod struck and nearly pulled the rod into the sea.  Luckily Niall and I  were at hand to give her some moral support while she wrestled with her prize catch.
